How do I order on GuuPress.com?
Ordering on GuuPress.com is simple and safe. When you find an item you wish to purchase, click on “Purchase” to place it in your Shopping Bag. Then either continue shopping or follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will only be placed at the very end of the checkout process, when you enter your credit card information.
Please note that all prices are in Canadian dollars and that you will be charged in Canadian dollars. To estimate the price of an item in a different currency, you can use a currency converter such as XE.com.
What payment methods are accepted?
You may pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.
Is it safe to order on GuuPress.com?
Definitely. All credit card transactions are conducted via PayPal with industry-standard encryption.

How will my order be packaged?
Our packaging methods and materials have been designed to ensure the quality of your shipment. Books are wrapped and then placed in sturdy boxes, while prints are rolled up and inserted into cardboard tubes with padding on both ends.
What are the delivery times and rates?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via Canada Post and USPS, unless by special request.
Canada and USA: Delivery is free for orders over CDN$ 60.00. For
orders less than CDN$ 60.00 a delivery fee of CDN$ 9.95 (within Canada) or
CDN$ 7.95 (to USA) will be charged. Allow 2-6 business days for delivery (art
prints to USA take 4-10 business days).
International: Delivery costs 20% of order total for surface mail --
allow 4-10 weeks for delivery. Delivery costs 30% of order total for air mail
-- allow 4-10 business days for delivery.
(International shipments may be subject to additional custom fees and import
duties. The recipient is responsible for such charges.)
What is your return policy?
You may return defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit. We will also bear the return shipping cost.
